Mainstream has partnered with Boston Pizza in the Cash Back Program and the Celebrity Server Fundraising Night. Mainstream may receive cash back donations from your dine-in, take-out or delivery orders from 3 Boston Pizza restaurants. HOW? A "Mainstream" collection box is be placed only at the Ontario St. restaurant. If you are dining there, just write "Mainstream" on the back of your receipt and place it in this box. Patrons of the two other participating restaurants can hand in their receipts to Mainstream's administration office and we will deliver them to the Ontario St. location. In return Boston Pizza will issue a cheque to Mainstream for 10% of the total sales. Receipts from the bar services are also accepted.
